Now that you've officially signed up for your trip, there are lots of pieces of information we're sure you're anxious to hear. The links at right are designed to get you to the latest information on our adventures.

Some information, such as gear lists, is trip specific. Please pay particular attention to the information for your trip.

The "Forms" page is especially important; this information will help us to plan the trip to suit you and your team. Please return them completed as soon as possible.

Getting Ready for your Trip

Since you've signed up for an Exposure trip (instead of a bus tour), you're probably in decent shape. If you want to focus your exercise efforts for more Alaska-specific challenges, one of the best ways is hiking around, on hills if possible and with a pack is even better. Hiking or backpacking is a component of most of our trips and is often the most challenging part for our guests as it uses muscles in ways not normally found in city-life.

We'd like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased we are to have you along. We think you'll have a great time and it allows us and our staff to do what we love to do.

Most people find that as their departure date gets closer, they get busier and busier and exercise slips down the priority list.

Even just walking more and taking the stairs will help.

Remember:

-- Send in your final payment and 2 paper documents.

-- Book your flights and Anchorage accommodation.

-- Get your equipment together.
